At the Street Festival (presented by the Nebraska Army National Guard), hundreds of student organizations, campus departments, sports clubs, non-profits and local businesses host booths to welcome you to campus with freebies, food and opportunities to get connected. The Street Festival is part of Big Red Welcome.

Booth Registration

Registration opens May 19, 2025 

A $25 fee is applied to registrations after August 11, 2025.

The cost per booth is as follows:

Businesses$500
Non-profit organizations$250
University departments$50
Recognized Student Organizations$20

Booth Details and Dimensions

Booth space is available in 12'x12' blocks, and you may purchase up to three booths. We will furnish an 8'x30" table and two chairs with each booth purchase; however, we will not provide dividers, backdrops or table coverings. We encourage you to bring a canopy tent but it must fit in your booth space area. 

Utilities Access

Since the Big Red Welcome Street Festival presented by Nebraska Army National Guard will be held outside, there will be limited electrical hookups available. If you are requesting electricity, there will be an additional $25 fee. Booths that have access to electricity (15/20amp 120v) are marked on the map with a lightning bolt.

Refund Policy

The Big Red Welcome Street Festival is an outdoor event. We will not issue refunds for booth space if the event is cancelled due to weather.
