Memorial Stadium Loop (14th and Vine streets)
At the Street Festival (presented by the Nebraska Army National Guard), hundreds of student organizations, campus departments, sports clubs, non-profits and local businesses host booths to welcome you to campus with freebies, food and opportunities to get connected. The Street Festival is part of Big Red Welcome.

Vendor Details and Registration Information
Booth Registration
Registration will open in mid-May for the 2026 Street Festival.
The cost per booth is as follows:
| Businesses | $500 |
| Non-profit organizations | $250 |
| University departments | $50 |
| Recognized Student Organizations | $20 |
Booth Details and Dimensions
- Booth space is available in 12'x12' blocks, and you may purchase up to three booths.
- We will furnish one 8'x30" table and two chairs with each booth purchase; however, we will not provide dividers, backdrops or table coverings.
- We encourage you to bring a canopy tent but it must fit in your booth space area.
- No soliciting is allowed outside of our booth area. At least 1 person must be at your booth at all times.
Sales & Giveaways
Organizations are prohibited from selling items or actively seeking donations. All items must be offered free of charge as giveaways.
Food & Beverages
- All food items distributed must be individually pre-packaged. Homemade food is not permitted.
- Pepsi is the official soft drink of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Bottled and canned beverages must be Pepsi products.
- Styrofoam products are not allowed on campus.
Utilities Access
Since the Big Red Welcome Street Festival will be held outside, there will be limited electrical hookups available. If you are requesting electricity, there will be an additional $25 fee. Booths that have access to electricity (15/20amp 120v) are marked on the map with a lightning bolt.
Animals
No pets/animals are allowed with the exception of service animals.
Vehicles & Parking
- Vehicles are only allowed in the space to unload materials unless a booth space has been purchased that will accommodate the vehicle.
- Parking is available and free for vendors. Parking passes and additional details will be sent the week prior to the event.
Refund Policy
- The Big Red Welcome Street Festival is an outdoor event. We will not issue refunds for booth space if the event is cancelled due to weather.
- Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the event to receive a refund.
